Galante Bros Enterprises, Inc is a small family business in Visalia, CA that has been operating since 1932. We are grading and paving contractors specializing in new subdivisions, commercial sites, residential sites, asphalt repairs and maintenance. We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator. The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge of operating heavy equipment and possess excellent safety practices.
Starting pay at $22.00 - $32.00, based on experience
Primary task must include:
- grade checking
- drive water truck
- operate scraper, skid steer, gannon box tractor, asphalt roller, mini-ex
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license
- 2+ years of experience
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
