Sales Account Manager
Location: Corona, CA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $20–$30/hour + Commission

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business within existing accounts and target industries
- Make outbound calls to generate new leads (including cold calling)
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation through to quote negotiation and closing
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline with scheduled follow-up actions
- Customer visits to grow relationships and identify new opportunities
- Assist with marketing efforts to support lead generation and brand visibility
- Deliver professional sales presentations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers
- Work closely with production and management teams to keep customers informed of job status and timelines
- Research and better understand the materials we machine, and stay current on new materials or technologies
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
Preferred:
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or CNC machining environments
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Familiarity with the machining process and material properties
- Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (depends on experience)
