Job Summary
Exp- 3-6 Year
Location- Atlanta Metro
We want a QA Analyst who tests for that, and who asks what happens to the customer, not just what happens to the code.
What you will do
Own release quality. Write and run test plans, regression suites and cross-browser, cross-device and multi-locale testing for web properties and campaign platforms, and certify releases into staging and production.
Test the martech layer. Validate journey logic end to end: segmentation, entry and exit criteria, decision splits, suppression rules and send windows. Test email rendering, dynamic content and personalization tokens. Verify data layer values, event firing and attribution, and check consent and unsubscribe behaviour.
Verify the data behind the campaign.
Write SQL to validate audience extracts, data extensions and segment counts against source systems, and test CRM, CDP and downstream integrations.
Raise the bar. Automate regression coverage on high-traffic paths, keep Jira defects reproducible, and represent quality in refinement and design reviews.
What we are looking for
Must have 3 to 6 years in software QA, at least 2 testing digital or marketing technology platforms
Hands-on QA of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, AMPscript)
Web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, browser dev tools, network inspection, responsive behaviour), working SQL for data validation, and API testing in Postman or similar Agile delivery with Jira and a test management tool, and writing clear enough that a marketer, a developer and a client can all act on the same defect report
Nice to have
Selenium, Playwright or Cypress with CI/CD tooling; accessibility testing to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508; email rendering tools such as Litmus AMPscript, SSJS, HTL or JavaScript at reading level; Adobe, Salesforce or ISTQB certification
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30332
