What You'll Do
As the Home Care Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all daily operations of the home care agency
Ensure compliance with Michigan home care regulations and company policies
Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers, care coordinators, and office staff
Drive quality assurance initiatives and maintain exceptional client satisfaction
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure continuity of care
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, onboard, and retain top healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate client and employee documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and best practices
Address client concerns promptly and professionally while fostering strong client relationships
Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve operational goals, improve performance, and support agency growth
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in home care, healthcare administration, or healthcare operations
Knowledge of Michigan home care regulations and compliance requirements preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare scheduling or management software
