About SML
SML (Space Maintainers Laboratories) is a leading dental laboratory serving doctors throughout the United States. We manufacture innovative orthodontic and sleep appliances and are passionate about education, technology, and creative marketing. We're looking for an energetic Marketing Content Creator to help tell our story through print, photography, video, and digital media.
Compensation
$28–35 per hour, depending on experience, portfolio, and skill level.

What You'll Do
- Design brochures, booklets, postcards, sales sheets, flyers, case stuffers, trade show materials and marketing collateral.
- Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and email campaigns.
- Photograph products, employees, company events and behind-the-scenes lab operations.
- Enhance, retouch and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Film and edit short-form videos with captions, music, graphics and motion effects.
- Design and manage eblasts and newsletters.
- Help plan, schedule and grow SML's social media presence.
- Assist with Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Work directly with company leadership to develop new marketing ideas from concept to completion.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with photography and/or videography.
- Excellent design eye and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Available to work onsite in Chatsworth.
Preferred Skills
Adobe After Effects, Lightroom, Firefly, Canva Pro, CapCut, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Constant Contact/HubSpot, basic web skills, drone photography.
