They warmly welcome each guest, manage waitlists, and ensure smooth seating flow to support both the front and heart of the house. Hosts help set the tone for a memorable dining experience by creating a friendly, organized, and upbeat environment. They play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and growing their skills in the restaurant industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
- Balance and prioritize guests’ needs
- Multitask with composure during high-volume periods and multiple guest interactions
- Approach difficult situations with poise while maintaining brand standards
- Enter guest orders using a handheld POS system
Qualifications
- Must be over 16 years of age
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
- Ability to carry a tray full of dishes up and down a flight of stairs
- Ability to learn about the dishes and beverages featured at Wholly Stromboli
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
