The State Plaza Hotel, located at 2117 E Street, NW, Washington DC, has outstanding opportunities for customer focused professionals to join the team. We are currently hiring Housekeepers to join our housekeeping department. A Housekeeper’s main responsibilities are:
· Clean assigned rooms according to Hotel standards including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
· Place and restock useable items in the rooms including paper items, soap, coffee, and towels.
· Maintain and restock housekeeping cart
· Bring all lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper’s in accordance with Hotel procedure
· Report any maintenance needs and guests’ requests or complaints
The successful candidates will have a great work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work the corresponding schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Pay: From $24.39 per hour
