Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Landscaper who takes pride in their work and can handle both property maintenance and landscaping responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and help keep our properties in top condition.
What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders (plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, repairs)
- Perform unit turns (repairs, touch-up paint, make-ready)
- Maintain property grounds (mowing, trimming, cleanup, irrigation checks)
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify issues
- Coordinate with vendors and meet them onsite when needed
- Serve notices and assist with lockouts when required
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Landscaping experience (mowing, edging, irrigation)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
