Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager with construction industry expertise to lead our branch operations. In this role you will be directly responsible for leading and developing your team, which includes: inside and outside sales reps, drivers, and warehouse yard stockers. Driving sales performance for the branch is a core responsibility of the Branch Manager role.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inside/outside sales force
- Oversee branch activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and safety compliance
- Motivate team to reach and exceed sales goals
- Lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Hire, train, and review outside sales force
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
- Call on new and existing customers daily including site visits
- Conducting staff safety meetings and other communications as necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction and/or steel knowledge, preferably in commercial work
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Previous experience with dispatch of delivery trucks and equipment including required DOT regulations
- Extended sales experience, calling on customers and site visits
- Ability to run a team of drivers, inside sales, outside sales and yard personnel
- Proven experience in construction industry sales, project management, or branch management with a focus on construction materials or services

Bonus Program Eligibility
Bonuses are paid out at the end of every quarter. In order to be eligible for the bonus you must complete your Daily CRM Reporting, Sales Goals, and Gross Profitability.
Daily CRM Reporting includes:
- All customer contact information
- Product detail
- Bidding information
- Abandon leads
- Leads follow-up
*Eligibility for bonuses is contingent upon the completion of daily CRM reporting.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
