Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to remove and install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, maintains high-quality standards, and wants control over their income through performance-based pay.
Responsibilities
- Remove and install residential and commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps)
- Install ductwork, linesets, and system components as needed
- Ensure all systems are installed safely, properly, and up to code
- Test systems to confirm proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- RMGA Certification (Rocky Mountain Gas Association)
- Experience with a variety of system types and brands
