Known for delivering best-in-class service, this organization is growing—and looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join their team.

Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently via phone and email
- Serve as the key liaison between customers, clients, and field technicians
- Schedule, track, and close service tickets with accuracy
- Troubleshoot basic alarm system issues (arming/disarming/functionality)
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain organized workflows and ensure seamless communication
- Enter and manage service data in internal systems
- Support reporting, documentation, and daily operations
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects top-tier service excellence
Requirments:
- 3 years of Dispatch and Customer Service in the service industry
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear Background to obtain or maintain California Alarm Company Employee registration (BSIS)
