Professional Home Cleaner Wanted — Add 1–3 Days to Your Schedule
A well-established residential cleaning company is growing, and we need experienced, high-quality home cleaners to help us keep up. We have more clients than we can currently handle and are looking to bring on a select few professionals to fill 1–3 days a week, not a full-time entry-level role, and not a side gig. This is for cleaners who treat this as a real profession, not people testing the waters or looking to hustle a few extra bucks.
The Clients You'll Be Working With
We're selective about who we take on as clients, and that carries through to the work we hand off to you:
- Recurring service clients (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) — not one-off chaos calls
- Move-in / move-out cleans for clients in transition
- Well-maintained homes in good areas — no hoarding situations, no unsafe or high-risk properties
- Clients who respect professionals and the work you do
What We're Looking For
- Real, provable experience as a professional residential cleaner — this is not an entry-level position and we will ask for references
- Someone who already runs cleaning as an ongoing business or steady practice, not someone dabbling or between other jobs
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and show up reliably without being managed
- Strong communication skills — you'll interact directly with clients and coordinate with us professionally
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment already in place
- A genuinely great attitude — trustworthy, polished, and pleasant to have in someone's home
- Consistent, high attention to detail and real pride in your work
What We're NOT Looking For
- Anyone new to professional cleaning or looking to "try it out"
- Side-hustlers, gig-hoppers, or anyone treating this as a temporary fill-in
- Cleaners who need supplies provided or need close supervision
