AM Party Bus is a locally owned transportation company looking for professional, reliable Party Bus Drivers to join our team. If you enjoy driving, working with people, and being part of a fun but safety-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Most trips are Friday–Sunday evenings/nights
- Occasional daytime and weekday trips
- Drivers are typically scheduled the week of
- Last-minute bookings may be offered when available (optional)
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate party buses of various sizes
- Ensure passenger safety at all times
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
- Navigate efficiently throughout New Orleans and surrounding areas
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Air Brake Endorsement (Required)
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with New Orleans streets, traffic patterns, and popular destinations
- Skilled enough to create your own efficient route and able to adapt to any traffic issues along the way. (Routes change per booking)
- Previous experience driving buses, shuttles, or large vehicles preferred (School bus driving not counted)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Vehicles
- Automatic transmission party buses
- Bus sizes range from 15 to 40 passengers
Pay & Perks
- $25–$30 per hour, depending on bus size and license
- Drivers keep 100% of tips
- 4-hour minimum payout on any booking
- Average nightly earnings vary based on bookings and tips
