Seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate machine tools used to manufacture, repair, and modify precision components, tooling, fixtures, and production equipment. The ideal candidate has strong manual machining experience, can work from blueprints, and is committed to quality workmanship.

Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, saws, and related equipment.

Manufacture, repair, and modify precision parts, tooling, fixtures, and gauges.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Select machining methods, tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient production.

Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to verify accuracy and tolerances.

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.

Support repairs and modifications to tooling and production equipment.

Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production, and quality teams.

3+ years of machinist experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Proficiency with manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and precision measuring tools.

Strong blueprint reading and machining skills.

Ability to maintain close tolerances and produce high-quality work.

Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

CNC, EDM, or CAD/CAM experience is a plus.
