Escape Room Game Master
We're seeking a dynamic and creative “Game Master” to enhance our guests' escape room adventures.
About the Role
As a Game Master, you'll be at the heart of the action—engaging with teams during their game to ensure they have a thrilling and unforgettable experience. In addition to guiding gameplay, you'll welcome guests at check-in, assist with reservations, and maintain an upbeat atmosphere throughout the event. Whether you're a gamer, actor, comedian, or someone with a passion for engaging entertainment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Impact
You'll play a critical role in setting the stage for an authentic escape room experience. We are specifically looking for candidates who can convincingly act as a scary serial killer in the intro of our Blackout game. If you have past acting or haunt experience and enjoy jump scares, this is the role for you!

Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in teams.
- Introduce and explain game concepts and rules.
- Act as a serial killer while getting the groups into their game.
- Answer guests' questions and provide timely hints or assistance during gameplay.
- Monitor the game and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Debrief teams after their experience.
- Take group photos to capture the fun.
- Accurately reset game rooms and assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Help with merchandising and building upkeep as needed, supporting your team leader.

Experience: At least 1 year in customer service
