Part Time Admissions & Retention Coordinator
Ministry Description
Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Enrollment Services Coordinator to support admissions, enrollment, and registrar functions. This role works in close partnership with the Admissions & Retention Counselor to ensure a seamless, organized, and welcoming experience for prospective and current families.
This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The Enrollment Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the admissions process, maintaining accurate student records, and contributing to the overall enrollment and retention experience within a vibrant Christian school community.

Primary Responsibilities

Admissions Support & Family Communication:

Partner closely with the Admissions & Retention Counselor to support the full admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.

Provide exceptional customer service while assisting families with applications, enrollment requirements, and tuition information.

Maintain timely and consistent follow-up communication with prospective families throughout the admissions process.

Review and organize applications, testing results, and supporting materials.

Assist with campus tours, interviews, and on-campus recruitment events such as open houses and prospective student visit days.

Support scheduling and coordination of tours, interviews, and admissions-related events.

Provide consistent follow-up with families throughout the admissions process in coordination with the Admissions & Retention Counselor.

Support a positive and organized experience for families at every stage of inquiry, application, and enrollment.

Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families, providing clear, timely, and welcoming communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Represent Faith Lutheran professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions with prospective, new, and current families.
