We're looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Lead who thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment, values safety and quality, and can motivate a team to perform at its best.
Pay: $35 – $38 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM -Full-time Position

What You'll Do
- Lead production personnel to ensure safe, efficient steel fabrication operations
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Management to ensure materials and drawings are available when needed
- Maintain production schedules while meeting quality and safety standards
- Support, mentor, and hold team members accountable for performance and workmanship
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ensure effective communication and shift handoffs between departments and personnel
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of steel fabrication experience
- Prior supervisory or lead experience required
- Strong knowledge of welding, fitting, and structural steel fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret structural steel detail drawings
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
- Welding experience preferred
- Crew management experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Operate powered industrial equipment and vehicles
- Work in a fabrication environment with noise, dust, moving equipment, temperature fluctuations and changing conditions
- Maintain strong visual awareness, including depth perception and attention to detail
