B&P Manufacturing is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the material handling, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and industrial equipment markets throughout North America.
This role is ideal for a results-driven business development professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, developing channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and winning new business. You'll work closely with leadership to shape growth strategy while actively building relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
What You'll Do
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customer opportunities
- Recruit and develop distributor and channel partner relationships
- Create and execute market expansion strategies
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts
- Lead and develop Business Development Representatives
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic growth recommendations
- Represent B&P Manufacturing at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in business development, strategic sales, channel management, or market expansion
- Experience in material handling, logistics, warehousing, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and generate revenue growth
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience working with distributor or channel partner networks
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% throughout North America

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000-$125,000
- Performance-based incentive opportunity up to 30% of base salary
