Wally’s Landscape Co. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
Landscape experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is ready to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Landscape bed edging and cleanup
- Mulch installation
- Monthly weeding and bed maintenance
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Shrub and plant trimming
- Topsoil installation and grading
- Grass seed and sod installation
- New lawn installation and lawn repairs
- Loading and unloading landscape materials
- Using hand tools, wheelbarrows, and landscape equipment
- Keeping jobsites and equipment clean and organized
- Assisting with other landscape projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Landscape or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Able to work on your feet throughout the day
- Willing to learn and follow directions
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to work
- Valid driver's license is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time seasonal position
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays may be required due to weather or workload
- Starting at $18/hour, based on experience

- Instalación y nivelación de tierra vegetal (topsoil)
- Instalación de semilla y césped (sod)
- Instalación y reparación de césped
- Cargar y descargar materiales
- Usar herramientas manuales, carretillas y equipo de jardinería
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo y el equipo limpios y organizados
- Ayudar con otros proyectos de jardinería cuando sea necesario
Lo Que Buscamos
- Se prefiere experiencia en jardinería, paisajismo o trabajo al aire libre, pero no es requerida
- Ser responsable y puntual
- Buena actitud y ganas de trabajar
- Poder realizar trabajo físico al aire libre
- Poder levantar 50 libras o más
- Poder trabajar de pie durante el día

Horario y Pago
