Regional Sales Manager
OCuSOFT is an Eye Care pharmaceutical company seeking the services of a personable, energetic, "can-do" individual with a minimum of 3-5 years OPHTHALMIC sales experience for the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Individuals without OPHTHALMIC sales experience need not apply. The RSM will have a competitive base salary leading to expected earnings of $200K per year. After a 90-day orientation to learn and adapt to the Company’s culture, the RSM will have oversight of a Team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) including hiring, firing, and P & L. TSMs in eye care have a complete focus on delivering medical samples, coupons, literature, and other information to Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and Opticians in their offices. TSMs also meet with the doctors, staff, and purchaser(s) to directly sell products into the practice as well as market a variety of prescription products through its compounding pharmacy relationship.
The Company develops and promotes innovative products that require technical presentations, so the preferred candidate will have good communication skills and be available for overnight travel.

- Must have 3-5 years of OPHTHALMOLOGY sales experience (REQUIRED)
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH OPHTHALMOLOGY SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED
- Able to travel overnight (up to 50%).
- Organized and possesses good communication skills
- Able to "think out of the box."
- A college degree is required.
- Salary commensurate with ability.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
