Flowers by Brian is seeking hardworking and detail-oriented freelancers/ part-time employees to join our floral design and delivery team in Mineola, New York. This role includes working on destination designing, setting up and placing florals. Event experience is required!
Responsibilities Include:
- Installation and styling of event decor on-site based
- Preparing various decor elements and installations
- Organizing and cleaning supplies and inventory
- Understand and follow service standards as instructed by management
- Maintaining brand image
- Experience in driving box trucks is a plus! (Not Required)
Qualifications Include:
- Consistent punctuality
- An eye for designing, colors and flowers
- Capable of working in teams (or alone) following directions from management
- Ability to design in company style as instructed
- Weekend Availability is required
Experience for this position is required. Hourly rate based on experience. Custom Floral Designers $35+ per hour. Drivers/ Event Set up $25+ per hour
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to work 8- 12+ hour per shift. They have experience in the event design industry and working in teams taking direction from management. The candidate should have stellar punctuality and a friendly demeanor.
