Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and oversee brand strategies, creative concepts, and campaigns that align with client objectives and enhance their market presence.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and marketers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate the quality of creative output.
- Client Collaboration: Serve as the creative lead in client meetings, presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Brand Development: Shape brand identities, including logos, voice, and messaging, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of design and marketing trends in the hospitality industry to inform creative strategies.
- Content Direction: Guide the development of high-impact content for websites, social media, email marketing, and print.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sectors.
- Must be able to work on-site five days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing brand development and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to pitch ideas to clients confidently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Figma, and similar design tools.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
