I'm hiring a Creative Editing Lead for Spizee, a digital content channel with over 30M followers across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, through Global Spyze Media LLC.
This role isn't just management. You'll be hands-on in the editing pipeline, working directly with the footage, and also recruiting and managing a team of video editors who match the channel's style and pacing.
What you'll do:
Recruit and interview new video editors
Stay hands-on in the editing process, not just overseeing it
Keep the creative vision and pacing consistent across all content
Spot talent and potential in candidates, beyond what's on paper
What we're looking for:
Based in Houston, TX and authorized to work in the US
Deep, natural understanding of YouTube and TikTok trends
Proven video editing experience for digital/creator content
Previous experience leading or managing a team is a plus
