We are a Men’s Wholesale Clothing Manufacturing Company in Cerritos, looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Production team. This role is critical in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining and coordinating all aspects of the production cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full production cycle from initial buy to final approvals
- Monitor time and action calendars and WIP reports
- Coordinate with overseas offices and factories to ensure smooth production and communication updates for production
- Work directly with design team in providing tech packs and any updates or comments needed for the vendors in a timely manner
- Compile and maintain information on all garment components including fit, fabric, construction, and trims
- Track fit approvals, sample status, and production milestones
- Communicate/identify potential production, quality, or fit and balance issues to factory either written and/or visual methods
- Prepare samples for presentation meetings (hang, tag, steam, photo)
- Arrange and ship TOP samples to Customers upon receipt
- Maintain sample room
- Conduct quality control checks upon receipt of shipments ensuring garments meet requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ experience in apparel industry, Men’s fashion is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of POM and specifications
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
