We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in bartending, catering, or banquet services, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
- May work in either the Grizzly Bar or as a banquet bartender as needed based on business needs
Qualifications
- Bilingual, preferred but not required
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making drink recipes
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
