In this role, you will support the organization’s mission by optimizing property performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and executing strategic infrastructure projects safely and efficiently. You will focus on driving operational excellence, implementing standard operating procedures, and creating welcoming, well-maintained environments that support the congregation and advance the organization’s long-term goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technology & IT Infrastructure
● Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate, implement, and optimize church management systems (ChMS) and internal digital communication tools.
Service & Event Logistics
● Direct the operational and physical logistics for weekend services, conferences, and special church events, ensuring seamless execution across the IT, setup, and facility teams.
● Establish clear policies and scheduling workflows for facilities rentals, community usage, and ministry events.
● Ensure a welcoming, safe, and highly organized environment for all members, visitors, and community partners stepping onto the campus.
Compliance, Safety, & Risk Management
