Now Hiring: Experienced Sous Chef
Four Seasons Eatery & Catering is seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Sous Chef to join our growing culinary team.
We are looking for a culinary professional with 12–15 years of kitchen experience who has a strong foundation in classic cooking techniques, production management, and leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who is ready to showcase their talents, contribute creatively, and help maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect.
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of professional kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of meat fabrication and cookery
- Experience with fish cutting and seafood preparation
- Extensive soup and sauce-making experience
- Proficiency in preparing all five French mother sauces and their derivatives
- Experience with large-scale food production and batch cooking
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead by example and work effectively with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Support catering production and event preparation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and product management
- Contribute ideas for menu development and specials
- Work closely with ownership and management to ensure operational excellence

Compensation & Benefits
- $39,000–$43,000 annually, based on experience
