We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well with both clients and crews, and can confidently manage projects within active healthcare facilities.
Healthcare restoration work comes with unique challenges, including strict compliance standards, infection control procedures, and rapid response expectations. We’re looking for someone who can keep projects moving safely and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients and internal teams.
Oversee healthcare restoration projects from start to finish
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and materials
Develop project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies
Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and project walkthroughs
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, ICRA, ILSM, and infection control standards
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, permits, and compliance records
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare administrators, facility managers, and stakeholders
Manage project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
Coordinate emergency response and mitigation efforts for water, fire, mold, and environmental incidents
Minimize disruption to healthcare operations while delivering exceptional service and quality results
Project management experience in restoration, construction, healthcare facilities, or related industries
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments preferred
Understanding of OSHA, ICRA, and healthcare compliance standards preferred
Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and documentation systems
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout California as needed
PMP (Project Management Professional)
OSHA 30 Certification
AHERA and/or Mold Remediation Certifications
HAZWOPER Certification
Healthcare Construction Certification
