- Provide visionary leadership to teaching staff, supervising daily classroom activities and ensuring adherence to educational standards and policies
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that promote student learning, creativity, and critical thinking
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program effectiveness, community engagement, and organizational growth
- Oversee budgeting processes, resource allocation, and fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and expansion
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages diversity, equity, and student well-being
- Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings to promote its mission and programs
