Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience required
- Strong knife skills
- Experience preparing and slicing meats
- Comfortable operating a commercial meat slicer (KBBQ experience preferred)
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Server
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
