Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Light housekeeping
- Light meals
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to working with individuals with disabilities or complex health needs.
- Valid driver’s license for transportation duties if required; experience driving residents or community outings is a plus.
