Ability to bid residential and commercial Utility Construction projects. Customer service oriented, availability for on-call. Lead Utility Construction crews as well as manage a driver and concrete repair crew. Oversite of employees on applicable utilities projects. Ensures that work is being completed timely/ on schedule. Makes sure that staff has needed equipment, supplies and PPE. Administers required training with employees for customer locations.

- Choose the types of tools to be used in the utilities project and track inventory of those tools.
- Keep track and monitor employee progress on site managing hours and overtime.
- Support company goals.
- Ensure that all aspects of the utilities project comply with all safety and building regulations.
- Evalute for risk factors and mange/ mitigate them to ensure the utilities project goes smoothly.
- Work professionally in tandem with other contractors.
- Liaise with local authorities/ code enforcement/ building inspectors when it comes to licenses and permits for the project. Ensure that project doesn’t get stop work orders.
- Prepare required paperwork and reports on the project for upper management.
- Conduct performance evaluations on reporting employees.
- Ensure that required training/ toolbox talks are conducted onsite per customer/ company requirements.
- Act as onsite quality assurance for the project.
- Work to reduce costs through good planning and timely execution of the project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
