Looking for per-diem experienced, vascular ultrasound tech to perform lower extremity venous doppler studies including chronic venous insufficiency and DVT, peripheral arterial and other vascular studies such as carotid doppler and renal doppler studies. Initially, only one shift (morning )/week, depending upon candidate's availability. Per hour/per case rates negotiable.
Duties:
- Perform and record the results of ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment exams in a safe and professional manner for the patient
- Assists physician in ultrasound-guided procedures i.e. Ultrasound Guided Venous ablation, and Varithena Sclerotherapy
- Communicate preliminary examination results with the physician for their review and diagnosis
- Document results of ultrasound evaluations and record the preliminary report in EMR.

Education:
- RVT ARDMS, RVS CCI or ARRT certification preferred
- 2 years of allied health approved program and/or Associate Degree
- At least 6 months experience in chronic venous insufficiency and Peripheral arterial studies is a must.
