The Myers Agency is looking for a motivated, competitive salesperson who enjoys winning, building relationships, and helping people protect what matters most. Insurance experience is a plus—but it isn't required. We'll teach the insurance business. We can't teach work ethic, coachability, and the drive to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Conduct sales conversations with warm leads and prospective clients
- Build trust and identify each client's insurance needs
- Recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions
- Consistently follow up to build and manage your sales pipeline
- Ask for the sale and close business with confidence
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while providing an outstanding client experience
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least 1* years of successful sales experience* (inside sales, outside sales, automotive, B2B, financial services, real estate, mortgage, retail sales, or similar)
- Is confident talking with people and overcoming objections
- Is highly competitive and motivated by goals and performance
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Takes ownership of their results
- Is coachable and committed to continuous improvement
- Wants to build a career—not just find another job
Insurance licensing is preferred but not required. If you're the right fit, we'll pay for your licensing and train you on the insurance industry.
