Job Description:
Bhaijaan is looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience by greeting customers, managing seating, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations and waitlists.
- Seat guests efficiently while coordinating with servers.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance.
- Assist with guest needs and help ensure excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to maintain smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
