Archery Spot Guns & More is the largest sporting goods store in the Tri-State Area. We are seeking a qualified team player who is enthusiastic with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment with variety in the day-to-day operation of the store.

Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Have knowledge in guns, archery and the outdoor hunting sports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be able to set up and assemble Archery equipment.
Provide the absolute best in customer service and be knowledgeable of products carried and present o customers using company sales techniques
Keep store clean, faced and straight at all times
Accurately processing cash-handling and credit card transactions
Assisting in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
Ensure security of merchandise including gun counter and firearm rooms
Ensure all ATF standards are met for all firearm transactions
Communicate customer requests to management
Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management
Assist customers in the selection of products and promote upselling
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best apparel and equipment brands in sporting goods
Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to hunting, fishing and outdoor activities
A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended. Sales and other necessary trainings are provided. This position involves a variety of physical activities and the ability to perform walking, standing, lifting, etc. are required. Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
