We're looking for a creative videographer based in Cleveland, Ohio to join our team.
We're a creator-first real estate investment company, producing content around real estate investing, renovations, behind-the-scenes projects, and helping investors buy rental properties in Cleveland.
Important: This role is recording only. You do not need to edit videos. We'll plan the content, write the ideas, and direct the shoots, you'll be responsible for capturing great footage.

- Talking-head videos
- Interviews
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Social media content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
We're Hiring For
Part-Time
- 1–2 shoot days per week
- Flexible schedule
Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year (based on experience)
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Lives in or near Cleveland
- Has their own camera equipment
- Can shoot smooth, professional footage
- Has a good eye for framing and storytelling
- Is reliable and easy to work with
- Experience with real estate or social media content is a plus, but not required
