Hospitality Lead / Bartender

Urban Garden Brewhouse is looking for an experienced Hospitality Lead and Bartender to help lead our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Bartend and prepare beer, cocktails, wine, and mocktails
- Lead the front-of-house team during service
- Run food, bus tables, and assist wherever needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Ensure food and beverage quality standards are met
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable, professional, and able to work nights and weekends
