Job Description
This role involves assembling and rebuilding trailers using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment. You will work from blueprints and written instructions to ensure trailers meet strict quality standards, starting with rework of units that have quality issues and progressing into full assembly responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Use hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints and written instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.

Ensure all work meets quality standards with zero tolerance for errors.

Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality targets.

Adapt from initial rework assignments into full trailer assembly responsibilities as training progresses.
Essential Skills

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to use hand and power tools, supported by specific examples of past experience.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work with no quality errors.

Ability to follow written instructions and production processes safely and accurately.
Work Environment
Employees work 10-hour shifts: 1st shift runs Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 8 hours on Fridays for overtime, and 2nd shift runs Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM with 8 hours on Fridays for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brodhead, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
