Oyster Harbors Club is a private 18-hole Championship golf course located in Osterville, MA. We are seeking part time or full time seasonal for the 2026 fall golf season. Duties will include but are not limited to, maintaining all of the golf course grounds, mowing (greens, tees, approaches, and other playable areas), raking bunkers, and other golf course duties assigned by the superintendent. We are willing to train any applicant that is highly motivated regardless of experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work in a team environment.
The club operates seven days a week with most workdays running for 6am -2pm.
Compensation- $18.00-$20.00 (based on experience), uniforms, and golf privileges.
