About Full Out
Full Out is a software platform built specifically for cheer gyms, gymnastics clubs, and dance studios. We help owners run their whole business in one place, from enrollment and billing to communication.
The role
We're hiring an Account Manager to own the demo-to-close. You'll run demos with gym and studio owners, make the case for Full Out, and close. Our sales cycle is short, so you'll close often and see results fast. You'll work warm leads from our BDR team and inbound, and build your own pipeline on top. This is a great seat for an early-career closer who wants to own a number, earn on their results, and build a career with us.
What you'll do
- Run demos with gym and studio owners and close new business.
- Own your pipeline end to end, from first conversation to signed customer.
- Keep every deal moving on a short cycle and work it through to a close.
- Handle pricing and objections with confidence.
- Prospect your own leads to keep your pipeline full alongside BDR and inbound.
- Keep your CRM current so you always know your numbers.
- Hand new customers to onboarding so they start strong.
What we're looking for
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, or a strong BDR or SDR ready to step into closing. Early in your career is welcome, we'll help you grow into a top closer.
- Hungry and self-driven. You set your own pace, own your number, and like having a target to hit.
- Open to coaching. We're a small team and we share what's working; the people who thrive here run with feedback.
- A consultative style with a closer's instinct. You listen first, then you ask for the business.
- Clear, warm communication. Our buyers are owners running small businesses, not procurement teams.
- Bonus, not required: experience selling software, or a background in gyms, dance, cheer, or youth sports. We'll teach you the space and the product.
Compensation and setup
- $55,000 to $120,000 per year: base plus uncapped commission. Your income tracks your results, the more owners you bring on, the more you earn, with no cap.
- We don't offer traditional benefits yet. We expect to add them as the company grows. We'd rather be upfront so you can decide what's right for you.
- Hybrid: 2 days a week in our Overland Park, KS office.
