Position Description: Bank Teller
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide excellent customer service and handle daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with their banking needs
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing
Count and verify cash and other transactions for accuracy
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Answer customer questions and provide information about bank products and services
Follow bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information
Identify and report suspicious or unusual transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous banking, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred
Strong math and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Professional, trustworthy, and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
