Wilkie Sanderson is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team. This role handles the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of CNC machinery used to produce high-quality millwork components.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and drill wood and composite materials
- Review drawings, work orders, and job specs before starting each run
- Set up tooling, load materials, and make adjustments to keep parts within tolerance
- Watch for quality issues and flag anything that doesn’t look right
- Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines
- Work closely with leads and teammates to keep production moving
What You’ll Need:
- Experience running CNC machinery (woodworking experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong mechanical skills)
- Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools
- Comfortable using computers and production software
- Strong attention to detail and steady work habits
- Ability to lift materials and stand for most of the shift
- Reliable attendance
Pay: $22.50 - $31.00 per hour

Experience:
- Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
- CNC machine operation: 1 year (Preferred)
