Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, since you'll travel to customer locations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Basic sales aptitude and willingness to learn. We do accept candidates with no roofing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (retail, door-to-door, real estate, automotive, etc.).
- Construction, roofing, or home-improvement experience.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and pricing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and estimating tools.
Physical Requirements
- Climb ladders and access roofs safely.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Be comfortable with heights.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
