Agency Business Consultant (ABC)
We're seeking an organized, motivated, and relationship-driven Agency Business Consultant (ABC) to provide ongoing coaching support to insurance agency owners. This role is focused on reinforcing established coaching initiatives, monitoring progress, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring agency owners have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
As an Agency Business Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for agency owners, conducting regular phone-based coaching and accountability sessions, monitoring business performance, identifying obstacles, and communicating progress to leadership. Your role is to execute established coaching programs, reinforce best practices, and help agency owners remain focused on achieving their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recurring phone-based coaching and accountability meetings with agency owners.
- Reinforce established coaching plans and ensure consistent execution of agreed-upon action items.
- Monitor progress toward performance goals through regular follow-up conversations and KPI reviews.
- Collect, analyze, and report agency performance metrics and coaching updates to leadership.
- Ensure agency owners have the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully implement coaching initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges and communicate opportunities or concerns to leadership.
- Build strong, professional relationships with agency owners while serving as a trusted accountability partner.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure coaching priorities and business initiatives are communicated effectively.
- Assist with onboarding new agency owners by helping them understand available resources, systems, and expectations.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and reinforce established sales processes, operational standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in insurance sales, agency operations, agency leadership, or business coaching.
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty License.
- Active Arizona Life, Accident & Health (or Sickness) License.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone and through virtual coaching.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agency relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable collecting, interpreting, and reporting business performance metrics.
- Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive, productive relationships.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training events, or agency support as needed.
- Ability to successfully pass required background screenings.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
