Overview
MailMyStatements is looking for an experienced Print & Mail Production Specialist to support our high-volume patient statement production and mailing operation. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and critical to helping healthcare organizations deliver accurate, timely patient communications.
The right candidate has prior print production, mail production, machine operation, or transactional mail experience. You should be comfortable working with production equipment, following job tickets, performing quality checks, and keeping work moving in a deadline-driven environment where accuracy matters.

What You Will Do
- Operate digital print production equipment and support daily print workflows.
- Set up, run, and monitor automated mail inserter equipment.
- Read and follow job tickets, production instructions, counts, tray tags, labels, and job samples.
- Perform required quality control checks throughout printing, inserting, and mail preparation.
- Sort, tray, strap, and prepare finished mail pieces in accordance with USPS requirements.
- Handle healthcare-related documents while following confidentiality, security, HIPAA, and HITRUST expectations.
- Monitor equipment, materials, and production output to help ensure scheduled work is completed accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and escalate operational challenges when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional production workspace.
- Assist with other production, shipping, and daily delivery commitments as workload requires.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Prior experience in print production, mail production, machine operation, fulfillment, or a closely related production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow written production instructions and quality control procedures.
- Dependable attendance and a steady, professional work style.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using email, Microsoft applications, and production-related systems.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the workday as production requires.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
Preferred
- Experience operating mail inserters, folders, tabbers, postage meters, or similar mail production equipment.
- Experience with digital print equipment or high-volume document production.
- Knowledge of USPS mail preparation, tray tags, mail classes, and production mailing requirements.
- Experience in transactional print and mail, statement processing, direct mail, commercial print, healthcare print/mail, or an in-plant print operation.
- Experience working with confidential or regulated documents.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to recognize when equipment is not running correctly.
- Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, or print job application experience.
