Viet-Nomz is looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team! We're looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Viet-Nomz recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portioning
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes
- Communicate and work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Help create a positive and productive kitchen environment
