About the Role
1 Tom Plumber is a growing, multi-location plumbing company serving communities across the region. We’re looking for a Plumbing Location Leader to lead our Wenatchee branch.
This is a working leadership role—you will continue to run service calls while also leading technicians and being accountable for branch performance. This role is ideal for a strong lead technician ready to step into leadership, or an experienced service manager who still enjoys being in the field.
You’ll have real authority, including hiring and firing decisions, and the support of ownership and established systems.
What You’ll Do
Technician Leadership (Primary Focus)
Lead, coach, and hold plumbing technicians accountable

Set expectations for performance, professionalism, and workmanship

Hire, onboard, train, and terminate technicians as needed

Build and maintain a strong, professional team culture

Field Work
Run service calls as needed based on staffing and workload

Lead by example in customer service, communication, and technical quality

Support technicians on complex jobs or troubleshooting

Branch Performance & Growth
Take ownership of location results

- Support company marketing efforts and help improve lead flow through strong execution, follow-up, and local reputation
Monitor productivity, close rates, and callbacks

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue

Customer Experience
Handle escalated customer issues

Ensure jobs are completed correctly and professionally

Protect and grow the company’s reputation in the Wenatchee market

What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong plumbing field experience

Leadership ability and confidence holding others accountable

Professional, reliable, and organized

Willingness to take ownership of results

Preferred
Lead technician or first-time management experience

Plumbing license (preferred, not required)

Experience with service software (ServiceTitan a plus)
