We need a natural multitasker who can seamlessly transition between administrative heavy-lifting, digital marketing, and proactive customer outreach. You will be the engine of our daily operations, ensuring shipments go out on time, leveraging AI to keep our social media fresh, and confidently getting on the phone to secure wholesale payments and new orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Logistics: Quickly and accurately generate invoices and process incoming/outgoing wholesale and e-commerce shipments.
- Proactive Sales & Support: Answer incoming office calls, confidently follow up on past-due invoices, and reach out to dormant wholesale accounts to pitch new orders.
- AI-Driven Marketing: Utilize modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) to efficiently generate, edit, and schedule engaging video and social media content.
- Customer Communication: Manage email follow-ups with a high standard of professional communication.
What We Are Looking For
- Speed & Tech Fluency: You must be highly proficient with Windows operating systems and have a fast, accurate typing speed.
- AI Curiosity: You don't need to be a marketing expert, but you must be comfortable using and learning AI tools to speed up content creation.
- Confidence on the Phone: You are not afraid to pick up the phone to ask a customer for a past-due payment or propose a new order.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You rarely make data-entry errors and can manage multiple open tasks without dropping the ball.
Compensation & Growth
- Strong Base: $22.00 - $24.00/hour to cover core operational and marketing duties.
- Bonus Upside: Earn bonuses depending on how many dormant customers you can recover.
- 90-Day Review: A scheduled performance review at 90 days with the opportunity for a base pay increase once you have mastered our shipping processes and AI tools.
