- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions, legal requirements, and industry best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and guiding clients through complex transactions with confidence
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency in sales technology adoption and utilizing CRM systems for client management
- Excellent marketing abilities to attract potential buyers or tenants through creative campaigns
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
